About

Everybody knows me as Inez.

Inez

I have spent thirty years designing and delivering change in complex, highly regulated organisations. Financial sector, healthcare, real estate, infrastructure — the kind of environments where strategy dies in implementation if you do not build the capability alongside it. Mandates have included post-merger financial harmonisation at Haga Hospital, the Dutch Banking Association's sector-wide diversity and financial-inclusion program, and a machine learning transition at Annexum that I handed over as a running operation, not a slide deck.

In 2018 I started working seriously with AI — not as an experiment, as a professional necessity. That work eventually became BAEM™, a methodology I built under NouSSe to formalise what applied AI adoption actually requires of leaders and organisations. Nineteen disciplines, one framework, designed to be transferred. I have been in acquisition discussions with sports organisations and institutional partners across the GCC, Europe, and North America. I am a practitioner. The syllabi on this site come from that work.

In early 2026 I left the Netherlands. I had built a life there over twenty years and it no longer fit. I sold what I could, packed what mattered, and moved to Southeast Asia. The consulting practice travels. The fixed infrastructure did not come with me and I do not miss it.

Built Again runs both threads in parallel: what applied AI looks like in serious professional work, and what it actually takes to dismantle a settled life and rebuild it somewhere else. I write when there is something worth saying. The dispatches include what fails.

The dispatch lands in your inbox.
