Speaking and consulting.

I work with leadership teams and individuals on the things that actually determine whether change holds. Four tracks. All built from thirty years of practice.

What I do

I have been a management consultant since 1996 and an active AI practitioner since 2018. The work I take on sits at the intersection of commercial reality, organisational behaviour, and the technology that is changing both. Four tracks — each one a different entry point into the same underlying question: how do you make change that sticks?

A

Commercial growth consulting

For leadership teams and founders who need to grow without losing what makes them work. I help organisations find the leverage points that are already there — in their positioning, their client relationships, their internal structure — and build on them deliberately. This is not strategy for its own sake. It is commercial thinking applied to real decisions.

B

AI and the future — how to start

For organisations that know AI is relevant but do not yet know what to do with that. I help leadership teams build a clear picture of where they actually are, what AI can do inside their specific context, and what it can quietly break if they move without understanding it. I have been using AI in serious professional work since 2018. I know what the weighing factors are that most adoption conversations skip entirely.

C

Change management

For organisations going through transformation — merger, restructure, technology transition, or a new way of working imposed from above. Management can order a new system. A new process. A new org chart. What it cannot order is the person sitting in the chair. I help leadership teams design for that gap — the human reality that sits underneath every change program — and build transitions that hold after the consultant leaves.

D

Personal guidance

For individuals at a turning point — a career transition, a leadership challenge, a decision about what to do next. I work with a small number of people directly, as a thinking partner. Not coaching in the traditional sense. More like a senior colleague who has seen a lot and will tell you what they actually think.

For whom

This is for

  • Leadership teams at mid-size to large organisations navigating real change.
  • Founders and executives who need a thinking partner, not a vendor.
  • Individuals at a turning point who want a direct, experienced perspective.

This is not for

  • Organisations that want someone to validate a decision already made.
  • Anyone looking for a motivational speaker or a deck full of frameworks.
  • Teams that are not yet ready to hear something they did not expect.
